The Power of Communication in Sales and Society

Sales is often perceived as a transactional process focused on monetary gain. However, at its core, sales is simply effective communication. It is about understanding people's needs and providing solutions that add value to their lives. This idea of communication in sales and society is what Justin Stevens, a sales trainer and consultant, believes in.

Justin's journey in sales began at a young age when his parents owned multiple businesses and invested in a sales training franchise. At just 13 years old, Justin started attending sales training sessions with business owners and became captivated by the power of communication. He saw how effective communication skills could help people, and it sparked his passion for sales and helping others.

After completing college, Justin worked for his family's business as a sales trainer, coach, and consultant for ten years. He found immense joy in helping small businesses grow and saw the impact that effective communication had on their success. In 2018, due to a cease-and-desist letter from the sales training franchise, Justin decided to venture out on his own as an entrepreneur.

During his entrepreneurial journey, Justin discovered the importance of understanding tax strategy while working with an enrolled agent and former IRS auditor. He realized that taxes, like sales, are merely a form of communication. He delved into learning about tax strategy and became skilled at selling it to business owners. Justin's goal became clear: to change the perception of taxes from a burden to an investment in the future.

Justin recognized that time is our most valuable asset, and we can never regain lost time. As a result, he developed a time investment strategy that aligns with his 40-year vision. This strategy includes defining core values, identifying a long-term vision, and making decisions that align with the desired future. He believes that everyone, regardless of their position in an organization, should choose to be part of a team that aligns with their values and goals.

With this perspective, Justin created America's Holding Company in 2022. The company aims to provide individuals and businesses with an opportunity to invest in their own future by implementing a subscription-based ownership model. By subscribing to America's Holding Company, individuals and businesses become part owners and can benefit from the success of the company.

The subscription model allows employees of businesses like KAITECH, a robotic integration company, to receive shares in the company based on their years of employment. This incentivizes loyalty and long-term commitment, as employees can potentially accumulate significant ownership over time. Justin believes in the power of collective ownership and envisions a society where people take care of each other through shared investments.

One significant aspect of America's Holding Company is its focus on personal branding. Justin encourages individuals to create their own personal bridge page and drive traffic to it from various social media channels. This allows people to monetize their personal brand and earn commission through affiliate marketing and partnerships with businesses that align with their values and goals.

The ultimate goal of America's Holding Company is to change how society takes care of one another. Justin dreams of a future where taxes are viewed as an investment in the future rather than a burden on the present. He envisions a system where individuals and businesses come together to fund essential services and support each other financially.

Justin recognizes that implementing this vision requires a shift in mindset and widespread adoption of his ideas. He aims to educate the public and generate support for his concept by posting content, sharing conversations like the one described in the transcript, and creating awareness through personal and professional networks. Justin believes that by tapping into people's desire for personal freedom and financial security, he can gain traction and make a positive impact on society.

In conclusion, Justin Stevens is a passionate advocate for the power of communication in sales and society. He believes that effective sales is grounded in understanding people's needs and providing solutions to improve their lives. Justin's vision for America's Holding Company revolves around collective ownership and the idea that individuals and businesses can invest in their future and support one another financially. By changing the perception of taxes and driving widespread adoption of his ideas, Justin aims to create a society that prioritizes personal freedom, financial security, and taking care of one another.

All right, so my journey started when I was 13 years old. My parents owned a remodeling company, a plumbing company, electrical company, and they ended up buying a sandler sales training franchise to train their companies. And so between eigth and 9th grade, I went through sales training 2 hours every week in a room with business owners.

Like, I had a little clip on Ty. It was awesome. It was life changing is what it was.

And that's when I first fell in love with sales and helping people and really starting to understand the power of communicating, because that's all sales is. At the end of the day, sales is just communication. And so I started learning about it.

Fast forward, went to college, university of Idaho. After college, I came back, worked in the family business as a sales trainer, coach, consultant for ten years, helping other small businesses grow, which was a ton of fun. I learned a ton.

To this day, probably my favorite job I've ever had, just because the training and that's what I love. So I did that until 2018. In 2018, I was learning digital marketing and how to sell myself online instead of in the real world.

And we got a cease and desist letter from the franchise or of the sales training franchise. So they said, you can't market that way because they're built on geography, which is based on territory, and so they weren't set up for the 21st century, and it's their right to make the rules. It's my choice if I want to play by them.

And so in 2018, that's when I went out and became an entrepreneur. My first idea, I went all in, like, literally closed all my retirement accounts. We sold our house here in Boise.

That's when we moved to like, I went all in, and I lost it all. It was nuts, but I learned a ton. And so I learned these lessons, and then I roll it into my next entrepreneur adventure, because this adventure has always been how does Justin make money? Right? Like, that's always been the focus I need to make.

So I'm going through, and I'm constantly looking for, okay, I got to sell something. I got to feed my family, I got to pay rent. I got to do all this.

But I'm also an entrepreneur. So once you become an entrepreneur, going back to a w two, that's like, backtracking, right? It's really hard. And so I'm struggling.

And for five years, I was an entrepreneur on my own, moving different companies, helping different people. And one of the companies I moved to was this company. Her name's Carlada Thompson.

She's an enrolled agent, and she was an ex IRS auditor. So I started working with her, and that was the first time I'd ever paid any attention to taxes. Like, we talk about taxes, and you think about taxes, but until you work in a world that is only tax, that doesn't really mean anything, right? They're just numbers.

It's just numbers. It's something you deal with once a year. Everybody does it.

Yada, yada, yada. Well, I spent ten months selling tax strategy and I helped her take her business from like six hundred and fifty K to one point five million. Something crazy like lightning quick.

We did it in ten months. I had to stop sales because production couldn't handle the level of revenue we could generate. And that's what I found is true of every business in existence.

You can always sell more than you can produce if you're good at what you produce, right? And so I started really learning tax strategy and I was selling it to business owners. And as I was selling it, I was learning it. And what I realized, one of the biggest things I realized, no matter where you are in an organization, you are part of the team, right? And the team you decide to be a part of each and every day is the most important decision you make, period.

Whether you're the CEO or the janitor, it doesn't matter. What team you're on is the decision that will determine your wealth throughout your life. Does that make sense? 100% it does.

And so I started looking at the tax code as a problem and a problem that there can be a solution. But we've never stopped and looked at the tax code like a problem. We just assume we have to pay taxes, which we do.

But how we do it and what we call it and what that looks like is all up to us. And it's all decided by the way we talk about things, right? Like your vocabulary determines everything. And so I started looking at everything I do is based on, I believe, one truth that I believe.

And that truth is time can never be relived. Your most valuable asset, period, is your time. And you can never go back and change it.

You can never go back and try something else. You can never go back and invest when you didn't, or not invest when you did. Time is finite.

Like, you control your future, but once the past is past, it's past. I believe whether we're talking about 1943 or yesterday, both are in the past and both are equally irrelevant, right? Because you can't do anything to change either of them. But when you start looking at the future, you can do anything you want to today to create whatever future you want.

And so tax strategy to me is about understanding. The most expensive tax we pay is a tax on our time, not chasing our dream. Whatever dream you have, and it doesn't matter, every human on this planet shares time.

It is a common fact that we all you're in charge of your time, you control all of that. Not commonly thought about is the fact that no one controls time. Right? It was your choice.

To reach out and book this meeting, right? You took action. Now we're meeting. It was my choice to show up.

It was also your choice to show up. It's our choice to have this conversation. I could say something that pisses you off and you could hang out, and that's your choice.

This is freedom. Like, we as a society are completely and utterly free if we choose to wield that freedom. And that freedom comes because we are the owner of production.

Right? People talk about capitalism. Hey, no, we're the owner of production. We started the business.

Guess what? Your business is worth jack fucking shit if your employees and your customers don't show up. Look at Disney. I love my favorite example is Bud Light with the Dylan Mulvaney stuff.

Investors. A week before, it was a great investment. A week after, exact same company.

Like, nothing changed except the perception of the clients that buy the product, which destroyed the business. And so this idea that time can never be changed, it can never be relived, is why I believe we pay a tax on our past. Right? When you pay a tax, it is because you did something in the past, like sales tax, that is literally a tax on buying something just now.

If you didn't buy it, you don't pay it. But in reality, we are all going to live tomorrow and the next day and the next day until we die. I don't want to pay a tax on my past.

I want to invest in my future. Does that make sense? Yes. I love that a lot.

That's really insightful. So if it's all right with you, I'd like to take you through the model I've created that we're implementing here at KITECH and I'm making open to anyone in the and I love that you're in prime America, because I do believe health life insurance is the one industry that actually gets the true value of time. They get people to pay for nothing with the guarantee that they'll be taken care of if they die.

Right? And they pay month after month after month after month after month. And the longer they pay, the happier they are that they're not dead. Yes.

It's really great product. I love it. Yeah, no, I'm a huge fan.

Oh, that wasn't what I meant to do. All right, so this is my invitation to join the KITECH employee owned company. So this is are you familiar with ESOPs? No, I'm not.

You said it earlier and I was I have no idea what that is. Look into it. WinCo.

You're familiar with WinCo, right? As a brand? So WinCo is a 100% ESOP. ESOP stands for employee stock ownership plan. And that means every employee earns ownership based on the amount of time they invest working at WinCo.

Okay. So you can have cashiers at WinCo who are millionaires simply because they've been bagging groceries for 1020 years. That's great.

Retirement right? Exactly. And so what you do and who you work with is the most important decision you make every day. So that's why I've started America's Holding Company.

And I started this in March of 2022. I've been trying to explain this idea since then. It is hard to explain and hard for people to digest because it's different, right? So what we do is the first thing, it's all based on the true value of time.

And the true value of time is it's your decision. Tomorrow you could wake up and say, you know what? Screw prime america. It's your choice, right? You could wake up and, hey, screw the US.

I'm going to Canada or whatever. We are all completely free. And our goal is to create a team that takes care of each other throughout time with the belief and understanding that we are not going to be in each other's lives throughout time.

We'll probably spend a very little amount of time together in the grand scheme of things, but the value they add to the world greatly impacts the value I get from the world and vice versa. I love doctors, police officers, fire, like all those people that take care of us when we need them, that I rarely see outside of that, what a blessing for me, right? We can and should take really good care of each other, and that's what this whole team is about. So the first thing you have to do, my belief, is to be a great American, because I believe there is nothing more American than not paying taxes.

Like full trans. We all hate taxes. We all pay taxes.

And I love paying taxes. Like, I love what I get for them, but that doesn't mean I'm going to go out of my way to pay extra, right? And so to avoid paying extra in taxes, you have to create what I call a time investment strategy. And so this spans your life.

No one but Kyle Wilcox can determine what is my time investment I so this is my personal time investment strategy. So it starts SWOT analysis. What are my core values as a human? And then it goes into what's my 40 year vision? Where do I want to see Justin Stevens at 75 years old? How do I want to show up spiritually? How do I want to show up for my family, my net worth, my career, my growth with charity? These are all goals we all have throughout life.

And so you create a time investment strategy and then you make decisions based on, will this decision I'm about to make today get me closer or further away from the 40, 75 year old vision of Justin that I see? And it becomes your true star, your North Star, right? And it's like, listen, you can put any decision in front of me. I can make it really fast. Like, you would be shocked at how decisive I am because I know what the fuck I'm trying to do.

Right. You know where you're trying to go. Exactly.

And so the first thing you got to do is come up with what is that plan, where am I trying to go? What impact am I trying to make? I don't even call career impact or what I do for work career. I call it impact because I don't ever want anything tied to a dollar sign. As you start tying something to a dollar sign, your success, your growth, your goals, all of that, it becomes a game you cannot win.

Because there's always someone who has more and there's always someone who has less. So why compete at that level? So the first thing I do and encourage our teammates to do, and anyone who joins our team is create what's your time investment strategy? I've got a template I'll give you if you want that. But absolutely the main thing is it's up here.

Like I look at this probably twelve times a year. Well, besides the sales conversations, it's not in front of me every day, but it's up here every day. And then the next thing you do is you build a personal brand bridge.

So Kyle Wilcox is the only Kyle Wilcox that will ever exist, right? Like someone else could have your name, but you are you. You are your competitive advantage. No one else will ever be you.

And so you create what I've done. I created a blog. So my blog is justdcstevens.com

and then I drive all my social media traffic to this blog. And on this blog I document my life, what I do with my family, what I do with my kids, what I do for fun, what I do for work. And it spreads a wider net than any company can spread because people do business with people, they don't business with companies, right? So then I created what is my blog and I drive all traffic from all social channels to this one area.

And the goal is to get them to hit here and click on KITECH Project Tools or Frontline Flags to spend money, right? And I'm working on getting ownership in KITECH Project Tools and Frontline Flags for all our employees at right, through the entity I run called America's Holding Company. So people I create content, I drive people to the businesses that help me live my life the way I want to live. They make purchases that help those businesses succeed, which helps me.

And all of it drives revenue back into America's Holding Company without expenses for production because it's all based on affiliate marketing and things that have happened in the past rather than things that I say I'm going to do in the future. Does that make sense? Yes. And this is mine.

I believe every American should have a personal bridge page. So like pretend you had one. You put Prime America here, you put maybe there's some other affiliate marketing stuff that you really resonate with and connect well with and use to be successful.

Now you use it in your day to day life and just say, listen, if you want this tool that I use, just go click this link and then you start getting commission on it, right? And so the wider the net you throw, the more you can catch. And so that's why I've set my life up. This way is KITECH automation.

We sell robotic integration like we're about to close a $14 million project. It takes years, it's a lot of work. There's a ton that goes into making that a reality.

So I leverage my time with project tools. It is a SaaS company. Software as a service, monthly reoccurring revenue.

The money's coming in and I get my cut. And then the last is frontline flags. Everyone needs a flag.

Country, government, state school, military, whatever. People buy flags. And so the flags are like my lead magnet.

So if I can get people to come, maybe buy a flag, it starts the relationship and I'm getting paid if I can get them to sign up for Project Tools. Now, monthly reoccurring revenue coming into the system. If we get them to sign up for KITECH, a giant plop of cash hits the table and goes into the system.

Right? Is this making sense? Yes. So this is what America's Holding Company owns. America's holding.

Well, I am in control of America's holding company. I have given America's holding Company my computer, my blog. Everything I do is owned by America's holding company.

So what that means is this one company, there will only ever be one company. How big that company is fluctuates. Same with all companies, right? So the one company owns these assets, and those assets create the cash flow that the employees at KITECH and everyone else who becomes a subscriber get ownership in.

Right? They don't get troll of it. You don't get my computer, but you get ownership in my computer and all the data that I do on it, and all the videos I record, everything I do. You don't own the I wish I brought my glasses.

I've got glasses that literally there's a video camera right here. And my goal is to get to where I live, stream my life real time. And so really fun.

Imagine ten years down the road sitting at a negotiation table with Apple and Google and we're live streaming it to everyone who owns a piece of our company. Because at the end of the day, the asset the company owns is the subscriber who wants the company to exist. Does that make sense? Yes.

So there's two ways to be involved. I look at this a lot like a labor union, okay? So companies invest and individuals invest. But there's no requirements on anything.

My goal is not to control anything except the stock ledger of America's Holding Company. That is the only thing I'm trying to control. Besides that, the world be damned.

Let's go. Right? So as an individual, the first month it costs $127. And for that, it's a subscription to what I call the annual Christmas ornament subscription box.

I am very clever, right? So every Christmas you get a Christmas ornament. This Christmas ornament is a picture frame, I believe, the most important thing to happen in anyone's life. No company can tell you, right? And so every year you get a new picture frame, and it's up to you to put the right picture in, right? But then as you're decorating your tree throughout the years, you're pulling out the most important memories to you and your family and hanging it on the tree, and you're reliving that time and saying, god, I was looking at one when my daughter Scarlett was born, right at the hospital, because we've done these with ornaments for years.

And so I've got this ornament. And it's like, that is my life. That's why I do everything.

What we do to make money is utterly and completely irrelevant. Like when you expand the time horizon, people get so worked up. I don't care about anything that's going to change in the next week because everything's worth caring about.

So what actually matters, and a lot of people oh, my God, I'm late. None of it matters. No one's going to remember.

Right? So you get a Christmas ornament. You get a silver coin. So these are America's holding companies, silver coins.

It's the equivalent of one share of America's holding company, and it is designed to be off chain. So I've modeled a lot of what I do after Bitcoin and how you mine stuff, right? You mine ownership in Bitcoin through algorithms. Well, in America's holding Company, you mine ownership by being a subscriber to the subscription box and then doing different things that drive our society forward.

So the $100 up front is the investing mint in your future welcome contract. So we give you 100 shares just for signing up of our company, no strings attached. You can cancel the next day.

I'd be pretty sad if you did, but that's life. I built a system. It's designed to work this way.

I let it work this way, right? So if any of these things happen and you have made a payment in the last 30 days, you can pay an additional $100 and get more ownership out of the company, right? It's all based on time and what you do with your time to drive our society forward. Does that make sense? Yeah. So they get the silver coin.

This is RFID business card. Have you ever seen those digital business cards? Is that with the QR code or the scan on the back? Yes, you just hold it up and it pulls up. Let's see if it will do.

Oh, it wants my password. That's really cool. So, like your website or whatever like it could be LinkedIn, it could be social, anything.

And it's an NFC card. So once you have this card, you can change what it links to. It's your control.

I'm not controlling this. And this is what I'm trying to get people to understand. Everybody in the world is trying to control you to do something.

Right? I'm trying to control the shares and get you to be a part of my team. That's it. Right.

And then you get a Made in America flag. I think it's ridiculous that I have never gotten a flag from America for the amount of taxes I've paid to America. Right.

Let's turn it into and this is my whole thing. I want to turn taxes from a tax on the past to an investment in the future. And when you invest in the future, you pay for something you're going to get in the future.

Right. And so we've got to change the way we think and way we look at things. So as a subscriber, you get additional ownership when you help push society forward and you help fund others when they have something like that happens.

Right. So by being a subscriber, let's say your friend gets pregnant, you're helping fund take care of them if they're a subscriber, too. If they're not, it doesn't matter.

You don't have to give up anything because they're not giving up anything. It is all about choice. So this is the only way to get class C shares, is to be a subscriber.

So then the next level up is Class B shares. So these shares are what's designed to be almost like an annuity. It's designed to let people create their own retirement.

So KITECH subscribes at $2,000 per month. So every single W two employee who works at KITECH gets 80 class B shares as a sign on bonus, and then 18 Class B shares per year multiplied by the number of years they've been employed. So year one they get 18 shares, year two they get 36.

Year three they get 54. So the longer you work within one system, the more valuable it is to you, the more valuable it is to that company, and the more valuable it is to us as a society. We all get better when people are dedicated and committed and they like what they're doing.

And so any company can become a subscriber and give ownership of my company to their employees without giving up any ownership of their own. Does that make sense? Yes. And so these are the different levels and it's just a game.

Listen, at the end of the day, the more subscribers there are, the better off every subscriber is. Right. Do you want to be a part of our team or not? Honestly, I don't like Kyle.

This is the one time I'm going to ask you. I'd love to have you as a part of this, but I don't care. I'm doing it regardless it's happening regardless.

It's purely optional. Do you want to make a gamble or do you not? Right. That's my whole thesis idea behind all of this is because I do know how to sell.

I can cold call. I could do this the traditional business way. But if I create so this is where my timeline comes into play.

If I create those systems, if I do it through cold calling, if I go out and hire all these people, it creates another monster to replace the IRS. Right, but the goal is to get rid of the IRS. So we need to replace it with a machine, not a body.

So we need a system that people can plug into, get out of. Eventually, I believe it will be something similar to a blockchain in and of itself that people just get involved in and let it go. But who knows? This could all fail epically.

And I don't care because I'm chasing my dream and that's what life's about. Who cares? I love it. Does that all make sense? What questions or thoughts do you have based on all this? So you said each employee at KITECH gets the 80 Class B shares sign on and the 18 shares per year.

Do they also pay that monthly subscription? The company pays this once a month and that gives every employee that benefit. Really? The company can stop at a drop of a hat. It's their choice.

The multiple for every employee stops as well. So now it's a game. Hey, do I like taking care of my company or my employees? Is this a good investment? And so the goal is you get people.

I mean, this is my value ladder. This is my whole playbook. I'm going to run this playbook for the next 40 years.

That's the only thing that's going to change. Right? And over that time, more and more people will subscribe. I will be successful if I own less than 1% of my own company.

That is my goal. It is a totally different way to think. It is a different way to operate.

And to be candid, it has not been accepted. The last two years have been incredibly hard on me personally for my beliefs around all this, because people don't understand what I'm trying to say because I don't know how to say it. I'm just figuring this shit out as I go and that's what everybody's like.

No, Justin, you need to be I'm literally telling you I am on a 40 year journey and I'm two years into it and you want me to have the answers for my 40 year journey. Two years. This doesn't make sense.

Right? I feel that, yeah. That's really cool. Sorry.

I just realized I know what class B and class C shares are. I came over. I didn't think of that earlier.

So this is as a company. This is like if company wanted to sponsor their employees 100% personally, I subscribe at level one because you can never go back in time, but you can always upgrade. So I subscribe at 150 a month because I want my multiplier working, but I get my main value out of KITECH.

If that ever changes, I can upgrade my level one to level five and go off and be a sole entrepreneur again without losing my multiple because I'm controlling my own contract and I'm part of someone else's contract. Does that make sense? Yes. That's really cool.

Is it a contract between companies that allows this? Is it like a formally written sign, all the stuff? Those are super fun. Yes. So let me see.

So this is the owner manual that I've been building. It gives you the articles. So articles of incorporation.

I look at the same way I look at the Declaration of Independence, my bylaws of America's holding company. I look at the same way I look at the Constitution of the United States, and I believe if we do this right, we have an opportunity to change how we take care of each other and update my 40 year goal. I would like to be part of the 20 Eigth Amendment that changes the tax code.

Period. That's where I'm trying to go. I'm not going to get there just buying businesses.

I'm not going to get there just selling. I'm going to get there by going undercover. So this is literally how I see myself, right? I'm going undercover as a reporter.

I'm going to join the Idaho House of Representatives. That's where tax laws change here in the state. I'm going to implement investment strategy instead of a tax strategy in Idaho, prove it out.

Then I'm going to run for U. S. House of Representatives, implement it for all the whole country eventually.

I believe every state should have their own holding company that every resident pays into and gets ownership out of because they are part of that state and they're all tied together. And when we do this right, so Hawaii, with the fires and whatever happened back there, right? If Hawai had a holding company already set up and their residence already had ownership in it, the other 49 states, everyone in Hawaii could say, you guys, I need help. I need money.

They could start selling their shares. Everyone else in America could go buy those shares and put money directly in the hands of people who need money if it was set up that way. Right? And so that's where it's like, we need to change how we think about taking care of each other.

We need to change how we think about society and what's important. Because at the end of the day, business does not matter. Like, it doesn't.

It is literally a means to an end. Business is the way society functions. It's the only way we have to circulate cash, which is what we all survive on.

And that's why we're going into. This recession with everybody stopping, moving, stopping buying houses, the cash flow in our society is drying up. And on top of that, the Federal Reserve is shrinking the money supply, which is causing it to dry up.

We are on a crash course for a depression far worse than the Great Depression, in my opinion. This shit is going to burn and it's going to burn fast. And I think we should try and drive inflation through the roof.

If you think about inflation, who's it good for? It's actually good for the people who owe money because the money we're repaying is worth less than the money we borrowed. So the faster we, as a society can drive inflation through the roof, the faster we pay off the 34 trillion in debt we owe, the faster we take care of all of that, the faster we can get back to a baseline. Sorry, I've got on my soap.

Never thought of that. That is so smart. Wow.

I had never once in my life thought of it that way. That is the richest thing I've ever heard. I love that.

That is crazy. That is so genuinely financially intelligent. Yeah.

We have a golden opportunity. Like, a golden opportunity. We are going into the biggest crash the world has ever seen.

And we as the citizens of America could, if we wanted, we could consolidate our wealth into one company. Because at the end of the day, with capitalism right. Money makes yep.

Like, period, there will always be someone with more money. But what if that someone was all of us? What if we all had ownership of that one company that funded everything, that funded taking care of each other and funded hospitals and funded schools and funded being able to go out there and chase your like, that's what I want to create. That's what I'm trying to do.

That's unbelievable. I really think you have it. I really do.

What you said about Hawai and just that metaphor, that example of that possibility, that's so true and powerful in the grand vision, that's so amazing. Right? 100% work. Yeah, I see no reason why it wouldn't.

Exactly. And this is what I try to tell people, but they don't understand. It's already working.

It's been working for two years, since I signed the articles of incorporation. Right. The problem is, it's only working for me because I'm the only one who understands the vision.

And that's why distribution is my problem. Right. Like, I know where I'm going.

I know what we're doing. Lots will have to change to make this work. Right.

At the end of the day, I know almost everything's going to change, but what's not going to change is your ability to go back in time. Right? Yeah. I'll have to change prices.

Like, I'll have to change everything. And I understand that. And I'm telling everybody, listen, and I try to tell people if this is too early and you need me to continue proving it out and continue proving that I am literally last year, I got kicked out of my house for a week.

I've had marriage problems. Like, full transparency. Sorry.

Yeah, you're good. Okay. I wouldn't have expected that coming from you, but I do believe you.

Yeah. No, people helping people see change is hard, especially if they don't want change. I believe one of the reasons.

So, to be transparent, I feel like you actually get what I'm trying to do. I feel like it makes sense in your head, based on this conversation. Is any truth to that? Absolutely.

I agree. Yeah. I'm thinking about how you would actually distribute that.

You're right. The problem is distribution. I don't know what the most effect.

I don't have enough. My literal only experience in business is MLM so far. So I'm like, I don't know how well, they call it network marketing, but I don't know how that would be distributed properly.

I don't know if it'd be smart to make PowerPoint explaining it or, like, write a scientific essay or just do what you're doing here and just tell people. So this is why I recorded this conversation, right? So time can never be relived because I hit record. After this conversation, with your permission, if you're okay with it, I would like to take the conversation and post it on all my social channels.

Absolutely. Go for it. So, a one on one pitch to answer questions, to dive in, to share who I am.

Right. And people don't know, but we're second cousins. We're related in some way, right? You're technically yes.

Second cousins in law. Yes. Right.

We're related. We have a history. We have a relationship outside of work.

And this is how, though, one reason I give everybody these, I want them to put them in their wallet. I also give stickers with this logo. I want it to be like the Better Business Bureau logo.

You go into a gas station, you see that little sticker? Well, now you look for this sticker. If you see this sticker, it means when you spend money, there a portion of that money always comes back because they are always investing in this. Right.

And now it becomes where you spend your money does actually matter. Right. If I spend it here, that money is going back in my pocket, and it's prioritized to take care of the employees.

Whereas if I go anywhere else, I don't know that. Yeah. And everything becomes optional.

And so, as we share this message, let's pretend you sign up and you're like, oh, this is great. You go share the message. So you share it.

And my goal is to get people to say, listen, I don't fully even understand it, but I would encourage you to follow Justin Stevens on social media, whichever your preferred platform is. My goal is to educate the American public on how this system works, because one conversation will not sell them. So have you seen the movie Inception? I have.

I'm trying to do Inception on the entire world, right. I'm trying to put content out there to say, hey, this could work, guys, check this out. And then hopefully other people say, oh, I have this great idea.

They steal my idea. Go do all the hard work, make it happen and we all win together because it doesn't matter who gets the credit. I love it.

I love it. That's so cool. Absolutely.

Post this. So this is my 40 year strategy and that's what I try to encourage people. If you don't have a strategy, how do you know if you're getting there or not? Right.

How do you know what path is the right path to take in any given decision? Exactly. Sorry. I kind of stole this whole conversation and took it away.

But that's what I'm doing nowadays. I love it. That's so cool.

Is there more of these slides? Did I interrupt the slide? No, that's literally it. There's eight slides. My hope is this is not it's complex, but it's hopefully not confusing.

Hopefully it's either, listen, someone wants to be involved or they don't. And it's their choice. Anybody can sign up.

It's Americasoldingcompany.com. So yours, we would love to have you join us, but that's your choice and I'm going to do this whether you participate or not. Yeah, right.

It's like do you want to leverage the value of someone else's time? Do you want to own what they do for the rest of their life? If you do, that's why and this is holding companies in general. My belief around a holding company is whoever founded it wrote the documents. If you want ownership in what they do over their life, buy from that company.

If anybody wants to have ownership in everything I do for the rest of my life, you participate. If you don't, you don't. Whatever.

Right? That's really cool. One really NIT picky question. It says all employees receive these shares.

So at Primerica, they're not all of their they're called business partners. They have Ibas, they sign 1099. So they're not technically employees.

Are they still eligible for this if they're on your team under. So how it's done? Is it's based on tax returns? Right? Okay. Like KITECH submits their tax return, which has all their employees and everything they've done and their hire dates and all of that stuff.

And so that determines everything. So it really doesn't work with 1099, which is part of the point. My goal is to get people I believe just like I am, I'm on level one right now, get them started.

Once you work up to level five, you're not going to get my belief. Once we're bigger than you, you can never overtake us because we started before you right. Like no company is going to overtake us because when they start, we're going to go work with them, not against them.

There is no competition here. There's only 1 hour, there's only day. We're all competing for the exact same thing, right? So, yeah, this is but back to your world.

Could you imagine getting ownership, even a little ownership, and then showing everyone else how to help each other through life by having a little ownership here? And then keep doing everything else you're already no, this is this is you know when you go to Google Translate and it says, like, Chinese traditional, and like, this is like, this, I feel, is what it's supposed to be. This makes so much more sense than the actual system that America has in place of the basic hourly wage and the you don't own anything in the company. All that.

Like, this is exactly why people go to work at WinCo. But you don't have to work at WinCo for this. You just have to have a business owner who's intelligent enough to subscribe.

Right? Or you subscribe. Like, you are in complete control of your destiny. And that's the reason the most expensive package is two K a month, which, for small businesses, that is a stretch.

But it's not crazy, right? It's not ridiculously out there. Maybe it takes someone five years to work up to that level. Great.

Every level you go, you're getting more your multiple still there. You just keep going, man. That's how life works.

You keep digging. Is it $2,000 a month? Per employee? No, per company. It's one monthly subscription.

So, like, ideally, Amazon, because I'm playing a different game than everyone else in this planet. Okay? So that's the one thing you have to remember. Everybody else is trying to collect money and collect people's time and monetize it.

I am, too. But Jeff Bezos already has 1.7 million employees.

He's already collected and monetized all that time for two K a month. I can give every single one of those employees ownership in what I do. And now they know what I do, and now they talk about them, and now they think about and they look at their stocks, and then they talk to other people about it.

And this is how we spread like wildfire. We make it easy to be involved. We make it easy to change our society.

We don't ask for permission from Congress. We are Americans. It is our choice how we live.

My interview is here. Go for it. I have 1011 anyways, but yeah, please post this.

I will share it on my stuff, too. This is unbelievable. If you want to do a follow up conversation, I would love to reach out.

Let me know, take am I good to text your number? Yeah, anytime. I will. Thank you, Justin.

Hey, thanks, Kyle. Good seeing you. Yeah, great to see you.

Bye.
