In this journey of life, we often find ourselves searching for meaning and purpose. "Life with Justin Stephens" invites you to explore the profound truth that your primary purpose isn't just about achievements or accolades, but about cultivating a deep, personal relationship with God. This blog will delve into the essence of what it means to embrace your purpose and nurture that relationship, ensuring that every aspect of your life flows from this foundational truth.
Understanding your purpose can be a daunting task. Many people feel pressured to achieve great things, often losing sight of what truly matters. The essence of life lies in knowing and loving God. This relationship is the cornerstone of fulfillment. When you focus on this divine connection, everything else becomes secondary.
God has a unique blueprint for each person. While there are plans and dreams to be fulfilled, they should never overshadow the importance of your relationship with Him. The blessings in life are merely the icing on the cake; the cake itself is your union with God. This perspective shifts the focus from external accomplishments to internal peace and fulfillment.
Contentment is a state of being that many strive for, yet few achieve. The key to true contentment lies in recognizing that God’s love is enough. As you deepen your relationship with Him, you’ll find that other pursuits—whether in your career, family, or personal ambitions—will naturally align themselves in harmony with His will.
Being in a loving relationship with God means that you don’t need to seek validation or fulfillment from external sources. Spouses, careers, and ministries can enrich your life, but they should not be the foundation of your happiness. Instead, let your relationship with God be the source of your joy and strength.
Many people wander through life feeling lost and unfulfilled. The truth is, life can feel pointless until you give it direction. In this context, the direction comes from your relationship with God. When you accept that your primary purpose is to know and love Him, everything else falls into place.
Rather than feeling pressured to achieve, you can focus on nurturing this relationship. It’s liberating to know that just by existing and building a connection with God, you are already fulfilling your purpose. This realization can transform your perspective and empower you to live authentically.
As you navigate through life, it’s essential to remember that God’s plans often differ from our own. We may have dreams and visions for our futures, but ultimately, it’s His plans that are paramount. Embracing this truth allows you to step back and trust in His guidance.
When you prioritize your relationship with God, you become a tool for His purposes. This shift in mindset can alleviate the stress associated with trying to control every aspect of your life. Instead of pushing your agenda, you can rest in the assurance that God is at work, orchestrating events in your favor.
Take a moment to reflect on your relationship with God. Are you actively nurturing it? If not, what are the barriers preventing you from deepening this connection? It’s crucial to identify these obstacles and take proactive steps to overcome them.
Consider incorporating daily practices that foster your relationship with God. This could include prayer, meditation, reading scripture, or simply spending quiet time in His presence. The goal is to cultivate a space where you can connect with Him and experience His love deeply.
Life is indeed a team sport. As you embark on this journey of faith, remember that you are not alone. Share your experiences, struggles, and victories with those around you. Community plays a vital role in our spiritual growth, and having a support system can enhance your relationship with God.
Invite others to join you in this journey. Whether through church, small groups, or informal gatherings, creating a community of like-minded individuals can provide encouragement and accountability. Together, you can explore the depths of your faith and support one another in your pursuits.
The primary purpose of life is to build a deep, personal relationship with God. This relationship is the foundation of fulfillment and joy.
Contentment comes from recognizing that God’s love is sufficient. Focus on nurturing your relationship with Him, and you will find peace and fulfillment in all areas of your life.
Take time to reflect on your relationship with God. Engage in practices that deepen that connection, such as prayer and meditation. Remember that your purpose is fulfilled through your relationship with Him.
Trust in God’s guidance and be open to His will. Instead of pushing your agenda, rest in the knowledge that He is orchestrating your life for your good and His glory.
Community provides support, encouragement, and accountability. Sharing your journey with others can enhance your faith and help you grow in your relationship with God.
In conclusion, "Life with Justin Stephens" encourages you to embrace your purpose by focusing on your relationship with God. This journey is not just about achieving goals but about growing in love and understanding with the Creator. As you navigate through life, remember that your purpose is fulfilled in Him, and everything else will flow naturally from that foundation.

Good morning. Good morning. Good morning.
It is September 16, 2024. It is a Monday morning and it is a fabulous day to be alive. Let's dive into our devotional.
You have a purpose, beloved. I don't want you to get so caught up in searching for what I've called you to do that you missed the bigger picture. The simple yet profound truth about your life can be summed up in this the purpose of your life is to be with me, to know me and to love me and receive my love in ways you still don't know are possible.
Yes, I do have a blueprint for your life. There are plans to be fulfilled and dreams to be realized, but those aren't as important as our relationship. I want our union to be sweet and full.
I want you to be so consumed with me that everything else is secondary. Spouses aren't required to feel loved, and careers and ministry aren't needed for you to find fulfillment. Every blessing is icing on the cake.
Extra. I want you to find total and complete contentment in our love. Then everything else I have for you will flow freely.
Freely and easily. And it won't become an idol or a source of stress. Let's enjoy our union.
Nothing matters more than this. You reach into my heart with one flash of your eyes. I am undone by your love.
My beloved, my equal, my bride. You leave me breathless. I am overcome by merely a glance from your worshipping eyes.
For you have stolen my heart. I am held hostage by your love and by the graces of righteousness shine upon you. Song of songs four nine it is such a relief to know that just by existing and building a relationship with Christ, with God, you are fulfilling your purpose.
That is our purpose. To be candid, one of the things I like to say is life is pointless until you give it a point. This message says the exact opposite.
Life is full of one point and one point only. Our relationship with God. Yes, there are plans, there's dreams, there's other things he wants to accomplish.
But we've already fulfilled our purpose just in building that relationship. So today I'm well for the future. I'm going to focus on continuing my relationship with God rather than constantly pushing my plan.
My dream, my vision for the future. It's his plan. It's his dream.
It's his vision for the future. I'm just a tool he's using to accomplish it. So today I want to challenge you.
Are you embracing your purpose? Are you embracing your relationship with God? And if not, why? And if so, why? Just think about it. Take some time. Think about what can you do to build that relationship stronger.
