Good morning. Good morning.

Good morning. It is November 8, 2023. It is a Wednesday morning in November.

I am on my way to an EOS meeting for Kitech. We are. We're planning the next three years.

What is our ten year goal? How are we going to accomplish all of this? And it's been a ton of fun figuring all this stuff out. The employees are on board with building an ESOP, starting an ESOP. Jake, our COO, asked me to spend some time with him figuring out how we finance this all.

So we are well on our way to putting this deal together, you guys. It is really cool. Today will be very telling.

We'll see where everyone ends up, what the direction ends up being, how we all want to work together, how we want to structure the organization, who buys out who, or what does that all look like? There's a lot that's going on right now, which is super cool. It's going to be a ton of fun. So today will be a big day.

So here's my hope going into, because it's the morning still. So my hope is we come out of it with a clear plan of who is the leader, who is the final decision maker, how is the equity in the company going to be structured to grow and to go public? I hope we come out with a very strong marketing plan or strategy. My personal opinion is we should have a podcast where we interview manufacturing companies about increasing manufacturing in America.

A very broad podcast, rather than niched down about manufacturing and business. And it's sponsored by Kitech and project tools and all the companies involved. So that's my hope as far as a marketing plan, which I'm the lead on marketing.

So I'm fairly certain I'll get consensus on that at the very least. So that's going to be our marketing plan. Then the employees come in, purchase 25% of Kitech, and then I start inviting all our suppliers, vendors, everyone over.

And when they're over showing them around, I invite them to join our ESOP and invest with us. And then Kitech becomes the asset that is the foundation America's holding company is built. So that is my strategy.
