Good morning! Today is March 28, 2024, and I am filled with excitement for what lies ahead. I have just dropped off Penny, my beloved pet, at the vet to get spayed. As I embark on this new chapter of my life, I am thrilled to announce that April will mark my official first day with Service Experts.

By subscribing to our National Tax Strategy Education Program, businesses can provide their employees with ownership in America's Holding Company, based on the number of years they are part of the organization.

Subscribers cannot go back in time to change their decision to join, solidifying the long-term commitment of our members. My personal goal is to gradually relinquish control of America's Holding Company, eventually becoming a subscriber myself. I want to ensure its sustainability and long-term success, benefitting all those involved. Good morning. Good morning. Good morning.

It is March 28, right? Let's confirm 28th 2024. Today is a Thursday morning. I just dropped, well, earlier I dropped penny off at the vet to get spayed.

So that is happening. I heard from service experts my official first day with the organization is going to be on April. So I'm really, really excited about that.

It's going to be perfect. The way I look at it is I am now chasing my dream and I am going to document everything I do between now and when I'm 75 to chase that dream. And that's all my blog is.

That's all these videos are what America's holding company is. It is literally the documentation of what I do each and every day. And it's the ownership of the blog.

It's the contact list, it's the bank account, the password. It's everything. It's a business.

And so America's holding company owns the blog, and the subscribers to the blog become the owners of the blog. And that's why I believe it will work, is because it's just another business. We're just changing the way we think and process when it comes to time.

So I am just going to be documenting all of it, and I am going to focus on H Vac. I am going to focus on not talking about America's holding company and instead just showing people how it works. And then at service experts, they have an advantage program, which is literally a monthly subscription to have h vac and plumbing support help as you go through life.

And so that's perfect. That is literally what I've been looking for. Now when I talk to people, I can say, listen, this is what I do in the real world.

I work with service experts. And at service experts, this is how we help take care of people in the real world. What I do in the virtual world is document what I do in the real world, and then I share that online.

And ownership of that is split up between all of the different companies who support that, who sponsor that program, the national tax strategy education program. So that is how it's designed to work. And at the end of the day, you can never go backwards in time.

You can never go back in time and change a decision to subscribe to anything. So, like, if you look at my Twitter account, I've been a Twitter member since July 2010 or xnow, I can never go back and change that. I can't go back and unsubscribe, right? I can't go back and change what's been done in the past.

And that's why I believe we use America's holding company just to set a benchmark in time for when someone becomes a part of our team. And then that benchmark is calculated based on the number of years, how much ownership everybody gets out of that system. So it is.

It is incredibly complex. I understand that. But I believe it does solve the problem of, how do you divide the pie over decades, not over months.

And that's what I think a lot of people have a hard time seeing, is because one year as a multiplier, do you know how long a year is in today's society when you can open up a laptop and have access to. To whatever you want access to? A year is a really, really long time. And so everything I do is around how do I expand time and contract time to achieve an outcome for the betterment of everyone that's on my team? And that is, those are the subscribers to America's holding company, and they're everyone who pays taxes.

This is designed to be a tax system. It's a C corporation. I set it up as a C corporation because that creates its own tax liability.

It's not my tax liability. It's our tax liability. It created one pie, one ownership pie.

One pie of 100% can be split up into billions and trillions of shares, but it will always be one pie. And so that's in our society. I think there's so many differences.

We, as people, look at things so differently, but at the end of the day, we all share the same hour. We all share the same day. All.

What is there 8 billion people on the planet right now? We all share the exact same day. And so it's what I've. I have changed my perception on currency.

I believe time is the most valuable currency in existence, because every day that passes is one more day that you didn't add someone to your team, that you didn't get a new supplier, new vendor, new partner. When you look at time as the currency, and so I see America's holding company as the value I have to offer for the owners of the means of production, the owners of time, the people who get to decide in the future where they shop, they get to decide in the future where they work. And that's why I call it America's old income, because tomorrow will always be tomorrow.

What you do today will dictate every tomorrow you have. And it's the bridge collapse. Steering a ship once it's set in a direction, changing that direction is really difficult.

The same is true of all of us. And I think that's one of the reasons we struggle as a society, is because even though there's the president, how is the president communicating to the team to lead us? Where is he leading us? How are we as a team working together to get there? And that's what I think we need more than a great president, is we need great leaders. We need people out there showing us the way.

We need coaches and consultants, people like Cody Sanchez, who does amazing things with teaching people to buy boring businesses. And I fully agree with what she says. My path is different.

See, I'm going into service experts because service experts is a boring business. I'm not trying to come in and be the leader. I'm trying to come in and be on the front line.

I'm not trying to be the CEO. I'm not trying to purchase the whole thing. I'm trying to be a leader on the front line.

I'm trying to show people the moves and actions I'm making every day to create the life I want to live. Am I living that life today? No. Financially, no.

Financially. Every other metric I am, I spend so much time with my kids and I love it, like watching my kids grow. That's why I'm doing everything I do.

I'm not in a rush. And so that's why I'm getting involved in a boring business at the very bottom is so I can be part of the team, part of the impact. I can document my journey, share my journey, and ideally teach other people who are also in boring businesses.

This is how you leverage the boring business that it is with the future you want to create. So take America's holding company out of it. Take ownership of the blob out of it.

What I'm trying to do is show people how I'm living my life. I see my life as a role play where I'm literally taking actions every day. That's why I do this daily journal.

I do it daily because my goal is to compress time by multiplying my time with other people's time. And I believe, like with service experts, I'm so excited to come in and become a part of that organization because there's already thousands of employees working together across the US. This content I make in Boise, I hope it drives attention to service expert locations across the US before I ever even get started full time.

Because we are a team, the success of the overall organization determines my success and my success determines the overall organization's success. And that's the whole point of being a part of a team. That's the point of looking at what company you invest your time in is the most important decision you make every day.

And what team you are a part of is the most important decision you make every day. And over time, the goal is to build the biggest team. And we're building that team through people subscribing.

So businesses subscribe to the National Tax Strategy education program. When they subscribe, every single w two employee within their organization gets ownership of America's holding company based on the number of years they're a part of that organization. But every month the organization is paying into the pot.

And so that's how we're funding it. Every organization is a profit center. You are, when someone subscribes, they're saying, hey, I'm going to take x percentage of my profit and pay it to this company in order to get this benefit out.

And the more organizations that do that, the more people get ownership of our system, which when they get ownership of the system, now we invite them to subscribe to the annual Christmas ornament program, which is, again, that's for individuals only. And when the individual subscribes, they get ownership. Plus when life events happen, they get more ownership out of the system.

And so it becomes, think of it like a country club. You have to pay to get the benefits out of it. You don't pick what those benefits are, the company does.

But it's your choice if you partake in those benefits. And so that's, that's my vision with America's holding company. And then it makes it so we can go out.

Get every PTA. Well, my goal is get every PTA in America to subscribe. Even if they subscribe at the $150 a month mark, that would mean every single teacher in that school would get ownership of America's holding company, and they'd get it based on the number of years they're investing, working there.

And then as the kids grow up, as the kids get older, they start working at other companies that are also part of the subscription program, and they're also investing money. So now you have, we're combining the power of our time over the decades into one asset. And ownership of that asset is determined by your participation in years with that asset.

It's not about today or this week or this month. What I'm doing is about in the next hundred years. How do I take care of the people that are helping me get where I want to go in order to make the impact I want to make? I need to impact that many people.

How do I do that? By sharing the value, the benefit of what, what we create together. And that's why my vision with America's holding company is to own less than one person. Eventually I want to get to the place where I've sold or given away complete control of the 19 class A shares or 19% of the company, the class A shares.

And I am nothing more than a subscriber within the system, benefiting from the system I've created. I don't want to control the system. I just want to install it and get it up and running.

And that's why I call it my tax strategy is because this is how I personally would like to pay taxes. I created a c corp, which is its own taxable entity. I created this logo and I've envisioned a path between where we are today and installing this as a tax system.

And that path I've envisioned is me getting America's holding company to the point where enough revenue is running through it that people see it as a viable idea, a viable path forward. And then I'm able to sell off control of it because again, other people have already. I see myself as a lego builder.

Other people have already done everything we're trying to do. We're trying to do it in a new way. So I sell off control.

In a perfect world, service experts buys 100% of the class A shares. They already have leadership in team. They already have the entire infrastructure for what I would like to do.

If they bought 100% of the class A shares they're already a publicly traded company that you could trade with them in that way. Now 19% of our profit is going into fund infrastructure which is it's a huge publicly traded infrastructure firm. Conglomerate is who owns service experts.

So they're already out doing all that. They already have a sales team across the US that could easily, once we teach them how to sell this, be in homes and selling this vision along with everything else which creates more cash flow into America's holding company drives more cash flow for service experts drives the value of America's holding company up. Then we take the class C shares and eventually I would like to turn that into a publicly traded company in and of itself.

I don't know what that looks like or how that works. It may be a blockchain, maybe the class C shares become a blockchain that we're trading on a regular basis. And then the class B shares are the retirement shares that we all of us own together.

And then those are the shares that you collect them over time. And then you sell them back over time to the system that has already been collecting it. And then again, once people start seeing.

So like service experts would be a perfect partner for all. Is a perfect partner. I'm already working there full time or starting to work there on the 16th, which I'm super excited about.

Service experts can do it. But any roofing company anymore, any organization can subscribe to this idea. And then they put, so I look at America's holding company's logo, like the Better Business bureau logo.

They put the America's holding company logo on their products or on their marketing flyers. Let's see here. So just like on this business card, you've got the Facebook and the Instagram logo.

Well, we add an America's holding company logo and now it identifies this organization as a subscriber in this team, which makes us partners because we now have, both have ownership in the same asset because how we are funneling and using our money. And then this logo becomes shared all over the place. America's.

My goal is not to change anything. It's not to get people to change. My goal is to get people to subscribe, subscribe to an idea of a possible future 40 years down the road.

And that's what they're subscribing to with America's holding company. And it is, it is hard to explain, and it is incredibly risky. And who knows if it will even work.

But the time is going to pass anyway. And time is the currency. And so this I believe, based on everything I believe, I believe this is how I can make the biggest impact with my time and leave the world a better place for my kids while I am fully engaged in raising my kids and teaching them how to live their best life.

That is my goal. And my goal is to do that with as many people as possible. And all of us, all of the parents, if you think about it, I look at my life as a timeline.

I'm on this timeline. So today, March 28, 2024, everyone who's older than me is further ahead in their timeline, but we share the same day. Everyone who is younger than me, they're further behind on their timeline, but we share the same day.

And so what I'm trying to say is, hey, let's start. Stop arguing about generations. Let's stop arguing about where we're at, everything going on.

Let's look at today like this timeline. And everyone who subscribes to, to this idea is standing up and saying, on top of everything else I have going on in my world, I do believe that time is the most valuable currency in the world. And I am going to subscribe to this idea that we are going to take care of each other through time, as time passes, and we're going to take care of each other and commit personally to taking care of each other by taking a portion of our profits every single month and adding it to one entity that is owned by all of us throughout the decades, not throughout the months, not throughout the weeks, the throughout the decades.

And so it's changing your perception on time. Changing how you look at time, I think, will shift your entire world. And that's why I do everything I do is because I value my time so much and I value other people's stuff, time, that someone has to push this idea, this concept of time.

And so I'm going, I get called crazy for the way I believe, and I will continue to be crazy until people realize I'm not and see what I'm saying and see what I'm doing and see how it works. Because eventually it will work for the people who believe in it. It will work for the people who use it, which will be me and my kids.

This is. I could easily, eventually I will get a whole life policy that is owned by America's holding company on me, and then even my death would fund this. If nothing else like this idea will work, it's just a matter of putting in the time and making the adjustments.
