Newsletter Sent out today:

Good morning! Today is March 26, 2024, a Tuesday morning, which means it's time to get the day started. I'm off on my quick morning walk with my furry companion, Penny. After that, it's time to get the kids ready for school and head to my networking group, Success Builders, where I'll be updating them on my journey and discussing my next full-time opportunity.

Later in the day, I have a job interview scheduled, and I'm excited to see how that goes. Balancing family and business is a top priority for me, and finding the right opportunities to provide for my family while building my company is a challenge I've been working on for the past two months.

I'm also looking forward to working with Service Experts, a nationwide team where I can leverage my content to drive attention and revenue. This aligns well with my goal of documenting my life and driving attention to Service Experts while working there full-time.

My morning routine sets the tone for the rest of the day, and I'm feeling optimistic about the strategies I've put in place. It's all about balancing work, family, and future goals, and I'm ready to implement these strategies today. Have a great day, everyone!

Professional Commitments

My professional commitments involve finding the right full-time opportunity while also building my company. This has been a challenge, but I'm excited to see how things unfold. I have a job interview scheduled today, and I'm looking forward to networking with my group, Success Builders, to update them on my journey.

Working with Service Experts is also a priority for me, as I aim to leverage my content to drive attention and revenue for the nationwide team. This aligns well with my goal of documenting my life and driving attention to Service Experts while working there full-time.

Challenges and Goals

My main challenge is to solve the problem of providing for my family while simultaneously building my company without relying on the company to support my family. This has been my focus for the past two months, and I'm eager to find the right balance.

My ultimate goal is to drive attention and revenue back into Service Experts through my content, which is already a publicly traded company. This aligns with my vision of setting aside a small piece of my profit today for our future tomorrow.

Navigating Work-Life Balance

When it comes to balancing work and family, it's essential to have a clear strategy in place. Here are some tips for navigating work-life balance:

Set Boundaries

Establishing clear boundaries between work and personal life is crucial. This can include setting specific work hours and unplugging from work during personal time.

Prioritize Self-Care

Make time for self-care activities, such as exercise, hobbies, or relaxation. Taking care of yourself is essential for maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Communicate with Your Employer

If you're feeling overwhelmed with work, don't hesitate to communicate with your employer. Discussing your workload and potential solutions can help alleviate stress.

Quality Family Time

Make an effort to spend quality time with your family. Whether it's a family dinner or a weekend outing, cherishing these moments is important for work-life balance.

Time Management

Effective time management is key to juggling work and family responsibilities. Prioritize tasks, set realistic goals, and delegate when necessary.

Flexible Work Arrangements

If possible, explore flexible work arrangements, such as remote work or adjusted work hours. These options can provide more flexibility in managing work and family commitments.

Work-Life Integration

Consider integrating work and personal life in a way that complements both aspects. Finding synergy between work and family can create a more harmonious balance.

Building for the Future

As I continue to navigate the balance between work, family, and future goals, I am focused on building for the future. This involves finding the right full-time opportunity, leveraging my content to drive attention and revenue, and setting aside a small piece of my profit today for our future tomorrow.

Strategic Content Creation

My goal is to create content specifically for HVAC and plumbing issues, documenting how we solve them. This content will be geared towards driving attention to Service Experts and contributing to the goal of building a nationwide team.

Business Alignment

Working with Service Experts, a publicly traded company, aligns well with my vision. By working there full-time, I aim to contribute to the company's success while also building America's holding company for the future.

Financial Planning

Part of the revenue I generate will be allocated towards building America's holding company, ensuring that a portion of my profit today is set aside for our future tomorrow. This strategic financial planning is essential for long-term success.

Social Impact

My ultimate goal is to cycle time and revenue back to the people who created it in the first place - to the front line. This social impact-driven approach is at the core of my strategy for building a sustainable and successful future for myself and my family.

Good morning. Good morning. Good morning.

It is March 26, 2024. It is a Tuesday morning. We are off on our quick walk.

Morning. How are you doing today? Good. Yourself? Never a dull moment.

Come on, Penny. Yep, this is Penny. Have a good day.

All right, so we are getting the kids to school here shortly, and then I'm going to the success builders, networking, my accountability group, which I'm really excited about, update them on the journey so far, finding, locking down my next full time opportunity while I continue living life. So that's exciting. It's gonna be fun.

Come on, Penny. Come on, Penny. So we got that going on today.

I've got a job interview that I had previously scheduled today at one. So that'll be fun. See how that goes.

And then we're off to the races. It's nice. So, hey, it's interesting because I'm really trying to solve two problems.

So me as an individual, my wife and kids, how do I feed us and take care of the family? And then two is how do I build the company without using the company to feed my family? And so those are the two issues I've been trying to figure out this last two months or so, since the whole transition. Yeah. So we're working on figuring that out and working with service experts is going to be perfect.

I think that will be a great fit. And I'm excited about service experts because they've got a morning, they've got a nationwide team. And so while we're creating content, the goal is to leverage my content for every service experts office across the US, rather than just here in Boise.

And that way, we're getting, we're. Again, it's all about driving attention, driving revenue back into service experts. Cool thing about service experts is it is already a publicly traded company.

So it really fits in well with everything I've been trying to do. I'm very excited. I feel like things are moving right along.

So now, now that I'm not. So my goal is to use my glasses, create content specifically for h vac plumbing. The issues we're solving, how we're solving them, stuff like that.

I'm not going to create a podcast or run a podcast based off prospecting done for you again, because I don't want to create issues I don't want to solve long term. And my goal is to document my life, not a business or not any one business. So if I tie it to prospecting done for you, it ties it to a business versus life.

With Justin, it's just my life. So my goal is to tie everything just to life with Justin for my content. That content drives attention to service experts.

I work at service experts full time doing sales and service, take care of my money, my family, through the commission and everything generated there. And then part of the revenue I generate on a monthly, weekly basis drives into America's holding company to build America's holding company as well as anyone who sees the vision and wants to be a part of it. They add a little bit of there because remember, it's not about taking everybody all the money.

It's about setting aside a small piece of your profit today for our future tomorrow. And that's the goal with all of this, because time cycles, and I believe that's the biggest problem we have in our society, is cycling time and revenue back to the people who created the revenue in the first place, back to the front line. So that's what we're doing, what we're working on, and I feel like the strategy is coming together.

So I'll be out implementing today. Have a great day, everybody.
