Life is a wild ride!
Over the last 5 years as an entrepreneur I have had a ton of ups and downs and every single up, down, left, and right has created the person that I am today.
If you expand the time horizon over the 36 years I have been alive, my education is VASTLY different than that of most people.
I have always been in sales and communicating with people, from the first time I sat through my dad's sales training at 13 years old with my clip-on tie, to now.
I have also had the pleasure of working in multiple different industries from consulting, to training, to robotics, to manufacturing, to software, and more!
I believe that the world does us a dis-service by telling people that they 'graduated' from high school, or even college.
I believe education starts the moment your eyes open once you are born, and that it ends when you take your last breath on this planet.
I believe that we are all in this together.
When I think back to my attempts at explaining America's Holding Company to others, my problem has been my beliefs.
My beliefs are not your beliefs.
My education is not your education.
My problems are not your problems.
My parents have taught me so much about life and living and being. It is impossible for me to thank them for all they have done for me.
At the same time, it is impossible for them to understand what living in today's world and raising kids in today's world is actually like.
Technology has destroyed the value of time, because technology can collapse time for all of us.
When time collapses, but the way we circulate that money doesn't change, I believe it creates the wage gaps and problems that we are selling.
Let's use a software company as an example.
When you hire someone hourly to build your software, you are able to sell that hourly cost to 10,000,000 different people, at the exact same time.
I believe this is why software companies are so valuable.
They can collect a small about of time, and sell it to a VAST number of people.
Now lets look at a restaurant.
These companies are in one location. They need someone at that location making food and serving food to sell anything.
They need someone in that general area to spot and pick their business out of all the other options in that area.
Once they have finished their meal, they walk out and may never see that customer again.
The true value of time is understanding that life is a cycle.
It is a cycle that YOU control.
You control when you pick up your phone, you control what apps you open, you control where you eat, you control what you watch, you control where you work.
You are completely free to live life on your own terms.
It is your choice to use that right.
This is why I believe every business is a box designed to collect and monetize time.
Today can never be relived.
You can never go back in time and change what you said, who you said it to, how you said it.
You can never go back in time and purchase a good deal on a house or stock.
You can never go back in time and NOT sell something you decided you wanted.
I believe that we are all time travelers, writing history each and every day.
Today is August 19th, 2023.
My family and I are going to the Western Idaho Fair today, and having a fun family day.
And it will be written in history for the rest of eternity.
These are the decisions we are making today but that doesn't mean they will be the decisions we make tomorrow.
This is the thing about the true value of time.
If someone lived life one way today, it does not mean they will live that way tomorrow.
One of my favorite examples of this is Bud-light.
One ad, and millions of people decided not to consume bud-light anymore.
The day before that video, the day of the video, and they day after the video the price of the stock had no idea where it was going.
When you own part of a business, you are saying that you BELIEVE that this company will collect and monetize time better in the future than it does today.
Time is the one thing that ties us all together, and I love that we are the true owners of the means of production.
Time is shared by all of us.
No-one can speed time up.
No-one can slow time down.
Time exists.
I believe time is the true world currency.
I have found so much fulfillment living life with the belief that the only limitation to my growth is me.
I already own everything that I have ever wanted.
I have an amazing wife and 3 wonderful kids that I get to spend time with every day.
We have a roof over our heads and food to eat.
I am on a mission to show others HOW to change your belief system to collapse time, bring the future into the present, and love life every day.
Especially the days that suck the most.
As far as an updated on my strategy:
Right now, I work full time with Kaitech Automation. I am implementing ProjecTools into their business so to help us grow and standardize the business and incorporate the value of time and delays into the entire sales and production process.
On social media, I am starting to focus on building my personal brand and getting ready for the relaunch of America's Holding Company this fall.
To build my personal brand, I am documenting everything going on at Kaitech as we work to help people collapse time in the manufacturing process through automation.
We will be officially relaunching the Christmas Ornament Subscription box.
This is how we are going to get started. We need to get physical assets out to people to help identify them as part of our team.
Each Subscriber will receive a Made in America US Flag, the 2023 Annual Picture Frame Ornament, a logo stick of AHCI, and your own AHCI Access Card.
These are all designed as physical assets to let people know that you are a part of this team that treats time as the true currency in the world.
If you see anyone with an American Flag, know they are on our team.
If you see anyone with the AHCI Logo on them, know they are helping fund our future.
I am going to get better at posting and sharing what I have been documenting as we move forward and I am able to hire more help.
With all of that said, I hope that you enjoy the journey as much as I am, and never forget that we are on a 40 year journey.
Change doesn't happen overnight.
Change happens today.
Be the change you want to see in the world and have a wonderful day!!
Best regards,
Justin Stephens
