Good morning. Good morning.
Good morning. They're flag guys. It is March 25, 2024.
It is a beautiful Monday morning. Kids, are school ready to rock. I am excited for a great week.
So over the weekend, Emily and I were talking about the job opportunities that have been offered and things on the horizon, and we have decided to move forward with the service experts doing HBAC sales. I'm extremely excited about it. So my first day is going to be April 15, which gives me from the 25th about 20 days.
So I got 20 days before my new position starts. In that time, I am going to work on rebuilding my life. I'm going to work on putting systems in place for like budgeting for Emily and I.
And in the past, I've been doing everything on my own rather than us doing it as a team. And so now that we've got our direction figured out, I am going to go full into that. And so that is what Justin Stevens is going to be doing on a day to day basis, ideally for the next five to ten years.
Because that way it's an in person sales role in Boise, Idaho that will keep me around. I'll still travel for work and stuff like that, but for the most part, it will keep me in the treasure Valley. As I'm raising the kids and as they're going through sports and all the things we have them doing, I'll be present for all of it.
And right now, that is the most important part of my strategy. Because at the end of the day, I can never relive my children's youth and I want to be there for it. I don't want to be out running and gunning.
And so that is step one in the strategy. And then at the same time find someone to teach the national tax strategy education program. I shouldn't be the one teaching it.
I'm a student. I'm a participant in it. So finding a teacher and someone to drive that forward at the same time, that's the goal.
So if it takes a year, two years, so be it. If I find someone who sees my vision and is willing to invest their time in driving it forward with me, then it can happen way sooner. It all depends on my ability to inspire a shared vision and get other people on the team.
So that's what we're going to be working on this week. I am going to be working on rebranding all my social media, my blog, my about sections, all of that. Now, I don't start for 20 days, so I'm going to rebrand it as I envision it being branded.
But once I get started, once we start going through everything, I'll come back and start looking at, okay, what changes need made and how do I better follow their branding guidelines and social media guidelines and stuff like that. But in the meantime, I could get started, I can get prepared. And so that's moving forward.
I'm going to work on changing all my thumbnails and everything to the service experts because that's where I'm going to be full time and that is the main company that I want to promote and drive attention to. So I'm excited. I think it's all going to come out it really well.
